Haubiversum - The Bread Experience World
From the landmark, the grain tower, the visitor crosses over 16,000 m2 of Haubis bakery landscapes. On over 2500 m2, the visitor participates in the coming into being of our most important food. See, smell, feel and taste! From the grain to flour and spices, from dough to finished bread -- the Haubiversum delivers an experience for all senses! Experience old craftsmanship and impressive modern production processes.
The tour in detail

Tour through the Wonderful World
Explore Haubis bakery from a visitor hallway 3 meters high. From a bird's eye perspective you'll experience all processes that take place in a bakery everyday and ultimately generate quality food.

Baking arena
Every visitor tries to form a pastry out of fresh dough. This is then baked and can be brought home.

Bread & pastry tasting
Along the way through the bakery there are of course numerous opportunities to taste products.

Way of the raw pastry
The sightseeing highlight. After the raw pastry has been brought into the right form it needs to rise in a fermenting cupboard and is then quick-frozen and finally baked at its point of sale into a tasty, flavorsome pastry. Like genuine dough, every visitor makes his/her way through all stages of production, with all external influences: high air humidity, cold and heat.

Children's Baking & Game Experience
Try being a baker! That's our motto at Haubis Children's Bakery. Entertaining children's programs for schools establish a relation to daily bread. Games, fun and entertainment outdoors as well make Haubiversum a top school and family outing destination.
